Chef Mark Reinfeld of Portland, OR and his Blossoming Lotus Restaurant (most popularly known on the island of Kauai, although the restaurant is now closed due to the economy) will be holding a 2-day vegan fusion workshop from 11 AM – 5 PM in my home September 8 – 9, 2012.
The workshop is open to both men and women and I was certainly hoping to give you all a BIG heads up before anyone else, but it seems the word is out and RSVP’s are already being requested. WOW!
