From Mihaela – Support local West Maui farmers! WeFarm, a community gardening project developed in Kapalua is selling organic produce every Wed at 10am and every Friday at 4pm, in Napili, by the entry to the Recycling Center. I have had the pleasure of discovering their “Braising Greens” a delicious medley of arugula, mustard greens and few other greens that I cant recall the name of. Very fresh and with a real spicy kick. I made a delicious salad using these greens, along with some organic cherry tomatoes (also sold by WeFarm), some avocado, Feta cheese and a little bit of vinaigrette- absolutely delicious!!!
